Man Charged With Using Forged Prescription to Buy Oxcodone Pills at Rite Aid: Police
Other forged prescriptions and drivers' identifications were found during a search of the man's car, police said.

MATTITUCK, NY— A Bronx man was charged with using a forged prescription to buy 120 Oxycodone pills at the Rite Aid in Mattituck, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Tynel Williams, 23, was arrested on Monday at 2:58 p.m. and charged with second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and criminal impersonation.
Southold Town Police detectives arrested the man after he produced a forged New York State prescription at the pharmacy, police said.

Williams, using the name and driver's license of another man, was arrested after leaving the pharmacy with the filled prescription for 120 Oxycodone pills, police said.
Detectives recovered several more forged prescriptions and the drivers' identifications of several other people during a search of Williams' vehicle, police said.

Two others in Williams’ vehicle were briefly detained and released after it was determined they were not involved in the crime, police said.
