Man Charged With Violating Social Host Law After Underage Drinking Party: Cops
A large number of underaged teens were found drinking at a Cutchogue house party, police said.

CUTCHOGUE, NY — A Cutchogue man was charged with violating Suffolk County's Social Host Law on Tuesday after he allegedly had a house party where a large group of teens were found drinking, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, John T. Kinsey, 20, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. at the Track Avenue home and charged with violating the Social Host Law, a misdemeanor.
After receiving a call regarding a large party at the location, police responded and found a large number of underage youths drinking alcoholic beverages at the party, authorities said.

Kinsey was found to be hosting the party, police said.
The party was dispersed and Kinsey was placed under arrest; he was also found to be in possession of marijuana, police said.
