Man Driving Erratically On North Fork Was Intoxicated: Police
He was pulled over in Mattituck Sunday, police say.
MATTITUCK, NY — A Mt. Sinai man was charged with driving while intoxicated on the North Fork Sunday, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, James F. Smith, 63, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. after he was seen driving erratically on Sound Ave. He was stopped, found to be intoxicated, and arrested; he was processed and held overnight for arraignment, police said.
