Man Held At Gunpoint With Own Shotgun, Duo Flees In Taxi: Cops
A man and woman entered his Long Island home, punched him, and pointed his own shotgun at his face before fleeing in a taxi, police say.

MATTITUCK, NY — A man was held up at gunpoint with his own shotgun in Mattituck Thursday, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, the incident took place at 2:29 a.m. on Deep Hole Drive in Mattituck.
Christian Hansen, 38, of Southold, and Andrea Ovsianik, 27, were arrested, police said. Hansen was charged with first degree burglary, a felony, first degree criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, a felony, and third degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, police said. Ovsianik was charged with first degree burglary, a felony, police said.

Additional charges for both suspects are likely to follow, police said.
Early Thursday morning, a Mattituck resident reported that two people entered his apartment and attacked him and held him at gunpoint, police said.

The pair took turns "punching the victim and then took the victim’s own shotgun and pointed at his face," police said. The two suspects then left the residence, taking the shotgun and a pellet rifle belonging to the victim with them, police said.
The suspects got in a taxi, which drove away from the residence; they were stopped by Southold Police on Route 25 in Cutchogue, police said.
Ovsianik and Hansen were both arrested and were held at Southold Police headquarters pending arraignment in Southold Justice Court later on Thursday, police said.
Bail was set at $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond, according to Southold Justice Court.
