Man Injured In North Fork Motorcycle Crash
He was airlifted after the crash, police say.
SOUTHOLD, NY — A motorcyclist was injured in a Southold crash Sunday, police said.
According to Southold Town police, the crash took place at 8:48 a.m. at the intersection of Route 25 and Hortons Lane when a car and motorcycle collided. Southold Town police and Southold Fire Department personnel responded; the driver of the motorcycle was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital by Suffolk County Police Department aviation for treatment of his injuries, police said.
