Man Smashes 3 Windows With Baseball Bat: Cops
He was arrested on New Year's Day, police say.
MATTITUCK, NY — A Mattituck man was arrested after he smashed windows with a baseball bat, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Egidio Albizures-Morataya, 40, was arrested on New Year's Day at 4:45 p.m. on Main Road in Mattituck and charged with third degree criminal mischief, a felony, after he broke three windows with the bat.
He was arrested and transported to Southold Town Police headquarters where he was processed and held for arraignment, police said.
