Man Threatens Another Resident With Hammer: Cops
He's facing a menacing charge, police say.
SOUTHOLD, NY — A Southold man was arrested on Wednesday after he threatened another man with a hammer.
Thomas Griswold, 29, was arrested at 3:11 p.m. on Main Bayview Rd. and charged with menacing; Griswold is a resident of the Bayview Apartments and threatened another resident with the hammer, police said.
Griswold was taken to Southold Police headquarters and held for arraignment in the morning, police said.
