SOUTHOLD, NY —Suffolk County residents will be heading to the polls Tuesday to elect local representatives and make their voices heard.

Residents will weigh in on the race to represent one of the 18 legislative districts in Suffolk County, vote for Suffolk County District Attorney and Sheriff — and choose their local town elected officials.

Denis Noncarrow is running on the Republican and Conservative lines for Southold Town Clerk against Candace Alexandra Hall, who is running on the Democratic line.

To increase my ability to better service the community.

<b>The single most pressing issue facing our (board, district, etc.) is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.</b>

Volume. What I would do about that is to increase customer assistance and availability with extended staffing hours and online service.

<b>What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?</b>

The critical differences are that I have governmental experience and a strong and varied background in community relations.

I was on the front line of handling the coronavirus assisting businesses and seniors.

High customer satisfaction, many various successful projects completed in the town of Southold.

I can say about myself that any task, any challenge I take on, I put my full effort into the job at hand. I am committed to do what is necessary to cause this position to result in the most effective and efficiently run clerk's office as possible.
