Moped Driver Impaired By Drugs: Cops
He was driving the unregistered moped in the travel lanes of New Suffolk Rd., police say.

NEW SUFFOLK, NY — A New Suffolk man was arrested after he allegedly drove a moped while impaired by drugs, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Andrew C. Stulsky, 46, was arrested on Tuesday at 3:18 p.m. on New Suffolk Rd. and Cedars Rd. in Cutchogue and charged with driving while impaired by drugs, a felony.
Stulsky was seen driving an unregistered electric moped in the travel lanes of New Suffolk Rd. and was stopped, determined to be impaired by drugs, and placed under arrest, police said.

Stulsky was transported to Southold Police headquarters where he was was processed and held to await arraignment at Southold Justice Court, police said.
