Naked Man Outside Greenport Laundromat Shocks Passersby
Greenport residents got an eyeful Wednesday night when they saw a man in the buff outside the laundry.
GREENPORT, NY - Now, that's something you don't see every day.
Social media was abuzz Wednesday night as Greenport neighbors shared their shock at seeing a naked man sitting on a bench outside a Greenport laundromat.
Speculation ran rampant on exactly why the man, who was lounging in his birthday suit, chose to disrobe completely outside the laundromat.

"He was doing his laundry — ALL his laundry," one woman wrote.
"He was tanning," another resident speculated.

Others said they just couldn't believe what they were seeing, and said the man was a harbinger of the crazy summer season to come, starting with the kickoff on Memorial Day weekend.
Southold Town Police Chief Martin Flatley said he believes the man suffers from a mental illness.
No charges were filed.
