New Late Night Restaurant, Bar Opens Up in Greenport

A new late night restaurant and bar recently opened up in Greenport last week.
Industry Standard, located on 45 Front Street, recently opened its doors at the former location of the former Tony’s Asian Fusion restaurant.
The restaurant started serving to customers last Wednesday.

“Great first night. Thanks to everyone who stopped in,” the restaurant wrote on their Facebook page. “Quality Food and Beverage, Quality Staff, Quality Guests...what more could a new restaurant ask for?”
The restaurant is owned by Bryan Villanti, who also owns Vino and Vittles also in Greenport, and is operated by veteran North Fork restaurant staffers including Chef Greg Ling, the first executive chef at The Riverhead Project and formerly of The Frisky Oyster and now-closed Main, who will run the kitchen, according to northforker.com.

The menu will be changed weekly, but it will always be composed of small, medium, large and extra-large dishes.
The hours are from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
