Visitation: Family will receive friends on Sunday April 19 between the hours of 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Horton-Mathie Funeral Home located on 735 First Street in Greenport.

Services: Burial, with Air Force Honors, at Calverton National Cemetery will be private.

Obituary: Maria Martocchia, a lifelong resident of Greenport, died on Wednesday, April 15. She was 65. She is survived by her sons James and Chris Herbstritt, stepsons Jerry Jr., Tony and Joseph Martocchia and her sister Carol McCaffery. The family has suggested that memorial donations be made to East End Hospice and North Fork Animal Welfare League. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
