Obituary: Marion A. Terry, of Cutchogue, Dies on Oct. 17
Services will be taking place on Wednesday.

Marion A. Terry, of Cutchogue, died suddenly on Saturday, Oct. 17. She
She graduated from Southold High School and SUNY Albany with a degree in Library Science.
She retired as a librarian from Mattituck High School.

Terry was active with many interests and hobbies. She attended the annual US Open in Flushing Meadows, New York, performed with North Fork Chorale and volunteered with the Sunshine Society.
She is survived by her son, Tom Lind; granddaughter, Avi Strohmeyer; sister, Anna Albertson; and brother, George Terry; as well as nieces, nephews and her life time friend, Liz MacNish and family.

She was predeceased by her son, Fritz Strohmeyer and her brother, Tommy Terry.
Funeral services will be held at the DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Southold on Wednesday, October 21st at 11:00 a.m.
The family will receive friends beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Willow Hill Cemetery in Southold. Pastor Tom MacLeod of North Fork United Methodist Church will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Relay for Life or the Cutchogue Fire Department Rescue Squad would be appreciated.
