Police: Cutchogue Man Arrested For Driving While Impaired by Drugs, Resisting Arrest
The man was arrested early Tuesday in Southold, police said.
A Cutchogue man was arrested for driving while impaired by drugs and resisting arrest in Southold on early Tuesday morning, Southold Town Police said.
Cody Huntley, 21, was stopped on 61500 Route 25 in Southold for failing to maintain his lane of travel, according to police.
He was administered field sobriety tests and was found to be impaired by drugs, police said.

Huntley was placed under arrest and transported back to headquarters where he was held for arraignment.
