Police: Drunk Woman Leads Police on Chase to Her Jamesport Home
Police chased the woman down Route 25 until they reached her home on Thursday morning, police say.

A Jamesport woman was arrested on a DWI charge after she led police on a chase to her home in Jamesport on Thursday morning, according to Southold Town Police.
Police tried to stop Alexandra K. Schwab, 21, for speeding in zone and having a shattered front wind shield at about 3 a.m., police said.
She ignored the officer’s lights and sirens and lead the officer on a short pursuit westbound into Riverhead township, according to police.

She continued to not comply and was stopped when she reached her home on Eileen Circle, police said.
Schwab was arrested for driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding in zone, and having an open alcohol container in the car, according to police.
