Police: Flanders Man Not Allowed at McDonald's Goes to McDonald's
Police arrested the man last Friday afternoon.

Southampton Town Police arrested a Flanders man after he entered a McDonald’s in Flanders after being repeatedly told he was not allowed in the restaurant, police said.
On Friday, Nov. 7, at about 4:18 p.m., police arrested Benjamin Velasquez, 53, after he violated an order of protection in that he was to remain away from one of the restaurant‘s employees, police said.
He also had an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear. In addition, he was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree and criminal trespassing in the third degree, according to police.

Velasquez was transported to police headquarters for processing and held overnight for arraignment. He went to Suffolk County jail on $500 bail.
