Police: Greenport Man Charged With Raping 13-Year-Old Girl
The incident reportedly occurred in December, police said.
A Greenport man was charged with raping a 13-year-old member of his household in December, according to Southold Town Police.
Jaime Contra-Quiroa, 22, reportedly had sexual intercourse with the 13-year-old girl on Dec. 9 and on Dec. 24 at the Washington Avenue home, police said.

Contra-Quiroa is charged with two counts of second degree rape, according to police.

He was processed and held overnight at the Southold Police Department pending arraignment in Southold Town Justice Court.
