Police: Man Charged With Driving While on Drugs After Crashing Into Utility Pole
The arrest was made on Sunday.
A Mattituck man was arrested for driving while on drugs crashing into a pole in Mattituck on Sunday morning, according to Southold Town Police.
Seyed Navid Ahmadzadeh, 24, was involved in a single car accident into a utility pole on Sigsbee Road at about 9:45 a.m., police said.
Investigation revealed that at the time of the accident, Ahmadzadeh’s ability to drive was impaired by drug, according to police.
