Police: Man Kicked Out of Greenport Restaurant Arrested For Disorderly Conduct
The man was yelling obscenities in front of families and an officer, police say.
A Greenport man was arrested for disorderly conduct after he was told to leave a Greenport restaurant on Tuesday night, according to Southold Town Police.
Allen P. Brown, 24, was asked the leave the roadway and the area after being told he was not allowed at the Lucharitos on Main Street, according to police.
He started to yell obscenities in front of families walking on the sidewalk and the officer, which caused “annoyance and alarm to the public,” police said.

He was arrested and held for arraignment, according to police.
