Police: Man In Possession Of Five Oxycodone Pills, Switch Blade Knife Arrested In Flanders

Southampton Town Police arrested the man for criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a weapon.

A Southampton man was arrested on Monday at about 9 p.m. after he was found to be in possession of five oxycodone pills and a switch blade knife, according to police.

Southampton Town Police arrested the 29-year-old man, who was a passenger of a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation on Elm Ave. in Flanders.

The man was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, according to police.
