Santa Comes To Mattituck By Firetruck Saturday
Here's a full roundup of holiday happenings in Mattituck.

MATTITUCK, NY — Santa Claus is coming to town — by firetruck — Saturday, during a well-loved event that kicks off the holiday season in Mattituck.
The Mattituck Chamber of Commerce is hosting a full slate of events this weekend to celebrate the holiday season.
To start, a Christmas Tree Lighting will take place Friday at 7 p.m. Watch Santa and Mrs. Claus light the solar-powered tree at the Raymond F. Nine Park, located in front of CVS on Main Road. The event includes hot chocolate, cookies, candy canes, caroling and donkeys.

Next, Saturday is "Santa Day" at the Mattituck Shopping Center, beginning with a free movie for kids at 10 a.m. at the Mattituck Cinema.
At 11:30 a.m., there's free hot chocolate, courtesy of Starbucks

And at 11:45 a.m., Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive by firetruck to take photos with the children.
That's not all: On Wednesday, Dec. 13 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. a "Holiday House Party" will take place at the Cedar on Sound B&B; tickets are $50 per person/$75 per couple. Sign up by emailing info@mattituckchamber.com.
