Soggy Skies Put No Damper On Spooky Fun In Greenport: Photos
Princesses and superheroes, pumpkins and ghouls galore headed to the Third Street Firehouse for Halloween fun Saturday. See photos here.
GREENPORT, NY — High winds and rain may have put the brakes on plans for an annual Halloween parade in Greenport — but that didn't stop the village from throwing a ghoulishly exciting —and indoor — Halloween party for the kids.
Goblins, ghosts, superheroes and princesses galore headed to the Third Street Firehouse Saturday, where parents and kids alike enjoyed the festivities, including a magic show, arts and crafts, pumpkins, popcorn, and more.
The little ones were thrilled, giggling with delight, when the magician pulled a live rabbit, Cappuccino, out of his hat — and enjoyed treats and plenty of fun in advance of Halloween this week.
