Easter Egg Hunts Canceled Due To Weather
Two popular annual Easter Egg Hunts have been washed out.

SOUTHOLD, NY — Due to Saturday's expected inclement weather, the Southold Town Police Benevolent Association has canceled the Easter Egg Hunt planned for Saturday.
The annual Easter Egg Roll in Greenport was also canceled.
"They have canceled the hunt due to the impending rainstorm," said Southold Town Police Chief Martin Flatley. "They usually get a very large turnout for this event and they are just trying to alert the parents that it has been canceled and will not be rescheduled."
