Southold Man With Previous DWI Conviction Caught Driving Drunk: Police
The 49-year-old was arrested on Sunday.

MATTITUCK, NY - A Southold man previously convicted of DWI was caught driving drunk in Mattituck on Sunday afternoon, according to Southold Town Police.
Hector Castellon, 49, was driving a 2013 Ford pickup eastbound on State Route 25 and was seen driving onto the shoulder of the roadway at about 3:11 p.m., police said.
After being stopped, an investigation found Castellon was intoxicated, police said.

He was arrested and transported to the Southold Town Police Department.
Officers then found that Castellon was previously convicted on a DWI charge in 2013, police said. His charge was then upgraded to a felony and his truck was seized by police.

He was held for arraignment.
