Southold Summer Showcase Concert Series Announces 2015 Lineup

The Southold Summer Showcase Concert Series recently announced the 2015 lineup.

The concerts will take place at silversmith’s corner at the corner of Youngs Avenue and Route 25 in Southold on Wednesdays starting at 7:30 p.m.

Admission is free and guests are welcome to bring a lawn chair or blanket.

• June 24 - Miles to Dayton (Original Folk Rock)
• July 1 - Eastbound Freight (Blues and Bluegrass)
• July 8 - Island Jazz Ensemble (Jazz, Big Band Style)
• July 15 - Gene Casey and the Lone Sharks (Rockabilly Singer-Songwriter)
• July 22 - North Fork Singer Songwriter Night (The Secondhands and Rob Europe)
• July 29 - Hidden City Orchestra
• August 5 - Martha Trachtenberg and Tom Griffith (Acoustic Singer-Songwriters)
• August 12 - Pocket Change (Jazz)
• August 19 - Greenport Band (Community Concert Band)

Youth Folks Showcase (sponsored by the East End libraries)

• Tuesday, July 7 - Happy Clams on the Cutchogue Green at 6 p.m.
• Tuesday, July 21 - Brady Rymer at Mitchell Park in Greenport at 6 p.m.
