Monday, October 2, 2023 I happened to pass-in-front-of-BOGEYs write-before opening and so definitely spotted the BEAUTIFUL SUNFLOWERS write-in-front in-the-garden.

I so-definitely took note while “searching” online with the Suffolk Historic Newspapers website that during the late 1960s, there were repetitive advertisements within various editions of The Long Island Mattituck-Traveler Watchman featuring Southold Liquor Store. …

About 60 people heard the Clam Sister tell of her search for a cancer cure which led her to Long Island with its plentiful supply of the Mercenaria Clam.
Amazingly enough, inflation is not quite as apparent In her research as it is in every other area of the economy. Although last summer a mere teaspoon of Mercenene cost $3,000, Sister Arline estimates that it only costs between $300 - $400 this year.
This astonishing fact, however, does not negate the need for further financial assistance. This need has been readily understood by many people all over the country. Maggie Conway & her sister-in-law Chris Conway purchased Southold Village Liquors from the DeAlbertises over thirty years ago – and the business had been maintained.
The current situation with Southold Village Liquors is that the store was being updated -&- remodeled by Greenport resident Michael Rose. He now has his "BOGEY's BOTTLED GOODS FOR GOOD PEOPLE" within the {former} Southold Village Liquors.
