Two Greenport Men Arrested on Rape Charges
The men were arrested following an investigation of an alleged rape that occurred on Monday, police say.
Two Greenport men were arrested on rape charges on Wednesday, according to Southold Town Police.
Following an investigation of allegations of forcible rape, Southold Police executed a search warrant on Wednesday morning at 428 West Street in Greenport, police said.
Jahvan Leeroy Martin, 20, and Tiquan Williams, 21 were both charged with one count of first degree rape and possession of marijuana, police said.

The incident occurred at the West Street location during the early morning hours of June 29, police said.
Both men are being held at Southold Town Police headquarters awaiting arraignment in Southold Justice Court.
