Winery Fight Leads To Arrest: Police
A highly intoxicated man from a limousine engaged in "threatening and tumultuous behavior" with staff and officers, police say.

PECONIC, NY — A "highly intoxicated" man was arrested after a fight at a winery on the North Fork Sunday, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Gregory C. Drury, 27, was arrested at 4 p.m. at Osprey's Dominion, located on Route 25 in Peconic, and charged with disorderly conduct, a violation.
Authorities responded to a report of a fight at the winery and found people from a limousine arguing with another group, police said.

Drury, of Middle Island, and his friends were highly intoxicated and were asked to leave, but refused, police said.
Drury engaged in "tumultuous and threatening behavior with the staff and officers at the scene" and was yelling "abusive and obscene language" to the crowd of people at the winery, police said.

He was arrested and transported to Southold Town Police headquarters for processing, police said.
