Woman Drove While Impaired By Drugs: Cops

GREENPORT, NY — An East Marion woman was arrested after she was caught driving while impaired by drugs in Greenport, police said.

According to Southold Town Police, Christine McEnaney, 65, was arrested at 7:16 p.m. on Tuesday on Front Street after she was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be impaired by drugs.

She was arrested, charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, transported to Southold Police headquarters and held for arraignment, police said.
