Woman Charged With DWI After Trying to Leave Driveway: Cops
She was unlicensed and charged with DWI in a driveway, police say.

GREENPORT, NY — A Greenport woman was arrested after she was caught intoxicated in a vehicle, trying to leave a Center St. driveway, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Estefanny Ramales, 25, was arrested on Monday at 1:24 a.m. on Center St. and charged with aggravated DWI, no priors; DWI, first offense; and driving with no license.
A red Chrysler was found in the driveway at the location; Ramales was operating the vehicle in an attempt to leave the Center St. driveway, police said.

She was stopped to be interviewed and an officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath; standardized field sobriety tests were administered and she was determined to be intoxicated, placed under arrest, and transported to Southold Town Police headquarters for processing, police said.
