Woman Charged With DWI, Speeding In Cutchogue: Police
She was stopped for speeding and found to be intoxicated, police say.
CUTCHOGUE, NY — A Baiting Hollow woman was charged with driving while intoxicated after she was stopped for speeding in Cutchogue early Sunday, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, Lindsay Leyble, 39, was arrested at 3 a.m. on Case Rd. after she was stopped for speeding and found to be intoxicated. She was charged with DWI, first offense, and speeding, police said.
She was transported to Southold Police headquarters for processing, and held for arraignment, police said.
