Woman Nabbed For DWI In Greenport: Police

GREENPORT, NY — A drunk driver was nabbed in Greenport Sunday, police said.

According to Southold Town Police, Angelica Hernandez Ochoa, 31, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. on Center Street and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. She was also unlicensed, police said.

Hernandez Ochoa was seen failing to maintain her lane of travel on Center Street, police said.

After an investigation, Hernandez Ochoa was found to be unlicensed, failed standardized field sobriety tests, was arrested and transported to Southold Town Police headquarters for processing and to await arraignment in Southold Town Justice Court, police said.
