Arrest Log: 2 Charged With Drug Possession, 3 Charged With DWI

Monday, Dec. 21
At 10:50 p.m., Eryn Stillwagon, 23, of East Northport, was arrested after being pulled over for traffic violations on Reservoir Avenue. She was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, illegal window tints and no insurance.
Wednesday, Dec. 23
At 2:05 a.m., Jonathan Goldberg, 45, of Northport, was arrested on Short Street and was charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Thursday, Dec. 24
At 9:48 p.m., Eugene Sullivan, 82, of Northport, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after police said his car was “all over the road.” The vehicle eventually came to a stop when Sullivan hit a tree stump in front of a Locust Road home, police said.
Friday, Dec. 25
At 4:25 a.m., James Thorstensen, 28, of Northport, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Main Street.
At 4:25 a.m., Richard Polacek, 27, of Northport, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after he was involved in a motor vehicle collision on Main Street.
Saturday, Dec. 26
At 6:55 p.m., a 69-year-old Northport Woman was arrested for petty larceny after stealing items from the King Kullen Supermarket on Fort Salonga Road.
Sunday, Dec. 27
At 9:42 p.m., Santino Fufidio, 25, of East Northport, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after officers saw him disobey a steady red light on Fort Salonga Road.
