Arrest Log: Arrests for Crack Cocaine, Crack Pipe Possession

Wednesday, Nov. 4

At 12:56 p.m., a 45-year-old Selden man was arrested and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property and petty larceny at a Fort Salonga Road location.

Friday, Nov. 6

At 12:57 a.m., Brian Harris, 40, of Middle Island, was arrested after police said he was found to be in possession of crack cocaine following a traffic stop on Reservoir Avenue. He was charged with third and fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana, third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle without a license and illegal window tints.

At 12:57 a.m., a 51-year-old Medford woman was also arrested after she was found to be in possession of a crack pipe containing residue during the traffic stop on Reservoir Avenue. She was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Saturday, Nov. 7

At 2:38 a.m., a 22-year-old East Northport man was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a hypodermic needle, no/expired inspection certificate and equipment obstruction view of the front/rear by an object after he was pulled over on Fort Salonga Road.

Sunday, Nov. 8

At 6:27 p.m., a 50-year-old Huntington man was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (a total of 12 suspensions,) no/expired inspection certificate, imitation of counterfeit certificate of inspection and fractured/discolored/broken glass equipment after he was pulled over for a traffic stop on Fort Salonga Road.
