Thursday, March 17

At 5:43 p.m., police conducted a traffic stop on Woodside Avenue and discovered one man was in possession of marijuana and the other was driving a vehicle with a suspended license. A 29-year-old Hauppauge man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and a 42-year-old Wading River man was charged with third degree unlicensed operation and use of mobile telephone while driving.

At 12:27 p.m., William Yee, 18, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument after he was pulled over for an unsafe lane change on Maplewood Drive.

At 8:57 p.m., a 46-year-old Northport woman was arrested for second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and equipment violations (obstructed view front/ rear by object) after she was pulled over for traveling through a stop sign on Main Street.

Sunday, March 20

At 1:44 a.m., Peter Macci, 57, of Massapequa, was arrested on Laurel Avenue and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
