While browsing through homes for a client the other day, I came across yet another picture of a bathroom with the toilet seat open and and towels on the floor. Don't get me wrong, we don't expect you to change the way you live when you're NOT selling, but we DO expect you to change the way you live if your house is on the market for sale!

As stated in an earlier blog, clean-up, fix-up and make your home shine. Clean out closets, tidy your rooms, and keep them free from clutter. It is likely that a picture of your home will be the first impression that a potential buyers views.
