Update Mortgages Rates at All-Time Lows

     As most of you have been seeing on TV and in the news the mortgage rates are at all time lows! On the other hand with the economy in a uncertain state homeowners as well as potential home buyers are somewhat hesitant to take advantage.

     Honestly who could blame them not knowing what the next day or week may hold. But if you are stable and feel comfortable taking advantage then I would contact your lender and see if the time is right for you. Homeowners who have interest rates in the 5% or higher can see $100's per month in savings. A good rule of them is if you can lower your interest rate by at least 1% then its worth refinancing. 

Currently the interest rates are as follows:

30 Year FIXED Conventional Mortgage is at 3.625%

30 Year FIXED FHA Mortgage is at 3.375%
