Carol Flaherty-Lynch Earns Prestigious Sterling Society Award

Bonnie Amenita, branch office manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Northport Regional Office, is proud to announce that Carol Flaherty-Lynch, associate real estate broker affiliated with the Northport office, has been honored with the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society award.

This prestigious award is granted to associates who rank in the top 17% of the nearly 87,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

Flaherty-Lynch has been licensed in the state of New York for the past 12 years. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and Long Island Board of REALTORS® and holds Certified Buyer Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Relocation Specialist, Short Sale Specialist and Condo/HOA Specialist designations.

As a life-long resident of Long Island, Flaherty-Lynch has a diverse knowledge of both the North and South shores. She resided in Huntington since 1982, was a graduate of Nassau Community College, and relocated to Smithtown where she has lived for the past nine years.

She is an active member in her community, volunteering for “One in Nine”, “LI Cares,” and “Pet Peeves” charities. Previously, Flaherty-Lynch was a member and volunteer at The North Shore Long Island Chapter of UNICO National. In addition, she delivered gifts to sick children in the Pediatric Ward of Good Samaritan Hospital for many years.

Flaherty-Lynch especially enjoys working with first-time home buyers and all sellers. Her areas of expertise range from short sales to new construction, with extensive experience in HOA, 55 and over communities and waterfront property sales.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her five grandchildren, who all live in Huntington Village.
