Centerport Garden Club Makes Wreaths for the Community

CENTERPORT GARDEN CLUB WREATH MAKING

Every year the members of the Centerport Garden Club get together on the first Tuesday in the month of December to make Christmas Wreaths for the community. These wreaths are hand made with evergreens from the members’ gardens. The room is filled with energy and delight as 70 some members wire greens together to create these wreaths, which adorn town memorials, historic homes and the Harborfields library.

In addition, some members make decorated centerpieces to go to shuts as well as the Veterans’ Home.
