East Northport Fire Dept to Hold September 11 Memorial Service
The service will remember the thousands of lives lost on this tragic day 14 years ago.
The East Northport Fire Department will hold a memorial service to remember the 3,000 lives lost and to support those whose lives were changed forever after the September 11, 2001 tragedy.
The 14-year anniversary service will be held on Friday, Sept. 11 at the East Northport Fire House, located at 1 Ninth Ave.
The service will be open to the public. The ceremony will commence at 9:45 a.m. and an evening candlelight vigil will be held at 8 p.m.
