ELWOOD, NY — Angelina DeMarco and Nathaniel Tyll, students at Elwood-John H. Glenn High School, were recently named semifinalists in the 2023 Coca-Cola Scholars Program, the school district announced.

DeMarco and Tyll were recognized for their exceptional academic achievements, leadership ability and dedication to community service.

They were two of only 51 Long Island students and just 1,157 students in the U.S. to earn semifinalist status, giving them a chance to earn one of 150 Coca-Cola Scholarships worth $20,000 each.
