Travel with the Elwood Public Library this summer with our Summer Reading Program. Registration Begins Saturday June 25th, and you can begin logging your books on July 5th. Record your books by August 13 to collect your prizes.

One World, Many Stories-Children’s Reading Clubs
This fun “One World, Many Stories” reading program will also have plenty of programs for all ages to choose from, related to this theme. Come join us!

Explorers- Read to Me: for babies through children entering Kindergarten. For every five books that are read to your child, he or she will receive a prize. Your child can earn up to five prizes for a total of 25 books. The children who have at least ten books read to them will receive an invitation to an “End of Summer Reading Celebration”
Voyagers - On My Own: for children entering 1st grade through those entering 5th grade. For every two books your child reads, he or she receives a prize. Your child can earn up to five prizes for a total of ten books read. Those who read at least four books are invited to their own special “End of Summer Reading Celebration”.
Young Adult-You Are Here
For Elwood teens entering grades 6-12. Earn a prize for every book you read, up to four books. Sign up and read two books for an invitation to the End of Summer Reading Lock-In on August 26th.
Adult-Novel Destinations
Read Books, Win Prizes! We always have a little something for you just for signing up and for reading books. We still plan to have our brunch on September 18 for those who read four or more books.
