“Twelve Thirty,” a provocative new film about mothers and daughters, love and lust, will have it’s Long Island Premiere for a native son. This latest feature, running all week at Cinema Arts Centre, is by writer-director Jeff Lipsky, who grew up in Plainview, and is masterfully handled by a multi-generational ensemble cast that includes Jonathan Groff (Glee), Mamie Gummer (Meryl Streep’s daughter), Karen Young, Reed Birney, Portia Reiner, Halley Feiffer, Barbara Barrie, and Rebecca Schull.
