The Reader's Theater of Northport under the direction of Jo Ann Katz gives local playwrights a chance to hear local actors do a cold reading and discuss their short plays. Jo Ann Katz, originator of Reader's Theater of Northport, also originated and produces a yearly One Act Play Festival, in its 3rd year.
