Is Geo-engineering creating wintertime in the south?

I suspect the reason for all this snow this season is directly related to the overwhelming amount of chemtrails in the skies. From north to south, east to west, from one country to the next, our skies are being streaked with long, tubular, lines of white, toxic chemicals. All the airlines are dumping them in a world-wide attempt to stop mother nature in her heart-warming and natural attempts to turn another page in history. She freezes, she melts, she changes seasons, but now it is time for the melt-down, hence the "River Thames", in London overflowing her banks and the monstrous flooding all over the world. Does the government and its vastly over-rated system of agencies actually think they can change the weather and turn our overheated planet back to a frozen tundra to stop the melting of our icebergs in the north, or have we really lost our minds and gone just one step too far. 

I will go a step further and say that the laser light-beam show now assaulting airlines all over the world is a revolt against the "Chemtrails" tracing our skies and blocking our suns natural ability to shine on down and continue to create and sustain the very life it originally gave birth to. We are falling into a sea of madness and profit and the human being has inevitably become the target and the guinea pig. Blocking the sun from shining and heating the earth will have long and devastating effects on life here on earth. ALL life. We cannot play master of the universe without tragic consequences. And I believe we all have a right to live a natural, unencumbered life here on our mother earth without the interference of paranoid leaders and scientists who think they can change the world.
