FLAG FOOTBALL CAMP: Focusing on the rules of the game and basic fundamentals. Players will develop their techniques in passing, receiving, pass coverages and deflagging.Summer Evening Camp in East Northport - Session 2 Starts Tuesday, Aug. 17
Youth Flag Football Camp - Session 2: Tuesday & Thursday Evening 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Location: Grass field in back of Veterans Park, Bellerose Ave. East Northport
What camper needs: water bottle, please mark with child’s name.

Camp schedule:

5:50 Arrive at the field
6:00 Warmup - Stretching
6:10 Drills - Age specific
6:30 Water-Bathroom break
6:35 Scrimmage - first half
6:55 Water Break
6:58 Scrimmage - second half
7:18 Drills - addressing specific plays from scrimmage
7:30 Pickup
