Man Exposes Himself To Woman At East Northport Park: Police

He approached the woman while she was walking and exposed himself, police say. The man faces a public lewdness charge.

EAST NORTHPORT, NY — A man who exposed himself to a woman at an East Northport park on Tuesday was arrested, Suffolk police said.

A woman was walking on a trail at Caravan Park around 11:20 a.m. when Oscar Alberto, 31, of East Patchogue, approached her from the opposite direction, exposed himself and committed a lewd act, police said. The woman called 911, and officers found Alberto in his gray 2007 Chevrolet Aveo, which was parked on Caravan Drive, police said.

Alberto was charged with public lewdness. He will be held overnight at the Second Precinct prior to his scheduled arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip on Wednesday.
