Man Steals Safe From East Northport Auto Repair Shop: Police
The safe contained New York state inspection stickers, police say.

EAST NORTHPORT, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who police said burglarized an East Northport business in November.
A man entered Atlantis Auto Repair, at 1976 Jericho Turnpike, at 1:28 a.m. Nov. 22 and stole a safe containing New York state inspection stickers, police said. He is wanted for burglary. The auto repair shop is on the East Northport-Dix Hills border.
Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
