Man Who Possessed Cocaine Drove 86 MPH on Fort Salonga Road: Police
The 21-year-old Commack man faces multiple felony drug charges, State Police say.
A Commack man faces felony drug possession charges after he was pulled over for speeding excessively on Fort Salonga Road on Wednesday, State Police say.
According to authorities, officers pulled over 21-year-old Jake Napoli for speeding up to 86 miles per hour in a 2016 BMW in Fort Salonga at 10:16 p.m. An investigation revealed Napoli was in possession of cocaine, hash oil and marijuana, police say.
Napoli was charged with two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, speeding in excess of 55 miles per hour, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. He was arraigned Thursday.
