Northport Adoptable Pet Of The Week: Juan, Alberto, Ace, Midnight

NORTHPORT, NY — Juan and Alberto, as well as Ace and Midnight, are four male kittens around 6 months old. They are the Northport Cat Rescue Association's Kittens of the Week.

Ace and Midnight are silky black boys. Ace bears a large white patch on his chest.

Juan and Alberto are black and white with cute facial markings, while Juan has six toes.

"These four boys have many things in common," said Lora Wild, a volunteer with the rescue. "Juan and Alberto are bonded silly brothers. Ace and Midnight are bonded, playful boys. All 4 kittens are adorable. All 4 kittens are sweet and affectionate. All 4 boys were rescued with other family members that have since been adopted."

Both pairs of brothers are also growing up in habitats. Neither pair has received a single adoption application, Wild said.

"They have been waiting for months for their turn to find their happily ever after," she said. "When our volunteers show up, they cannot wait to be let out of their habitats for play time; and then hate being put back in. They watch as their new found friends in the habitats come and go over and over again. These loving boys need a home they can play all day in, snuggle up in a cozy soft spot, look out a window. Most of all they need a family to love. If you have been considering adopting a kitten or two, please consider one of these pairs. They may be getting bigger, but they are kitten through and through."

They are all neutered, have all their shots, are litter box-trained, and micro-chipped and FELV/FIV negative.

Ace and Midnight are currently at Petco Huntington. Juan and Alberto are at Petco Commack.
